Short-term/interim legal consultant roles are available on a consultant platform operated by a leading international law firm, supporting banking & finance matters across the UAE. Assignments are typically multi-month and focus on transactional banking work.

Typical matters include real estate finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, fund finance, project finance and general corporate lending transactions. Consultants will work alongside firm partners and support lawyers, delivering deal execution and day-to-day advisory work for institutional clients.

The opportunity suits candidates who want flexibility and variety whilst retaining access to firm training, knowledge resources and professional support. UAE experience is advantageous.

4–8 years' post-qualification experience in banking & finance.
Transactional experience in one or more of: real estate finance, leveraged finance, fund finance, project finance, syndicated loans or trade/asset finance.
Background at a top-tier corporate law firm; recent in-house experience at a financial services firm is desirable but not essential.
Strong commercial awareness, client-service focus and the ability to adapt quickly into new teams and matters; excellent communication skills.
