Join a national alternative legal service team supporting transactional work on a flexible part-time or full-time basis. The role sits on the Transactions Team of a large law firm aligned legal services unit and offers remote work and flexible scheduling while focusing on high-quality client deliverables rather than business development.

Assignments will center on general corporate and commercial contract matters, with opportunities to work on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, real estate and securities-related matters. Positions are available in the firm's North Carolina offices (Winston-Salem or Greensboro) and candidates are expected to contribute to team execution and knowledge sharing.

The appointment emphasizes strong drafting, analytical skills and client-focused delivery. This is a practitioner role; attorneys are not expected to build a book of business.

Minimum 8 years' substantive transactional or in-house counsel experience
Primary experience in general corporate and commercial contract law
Experience with corporate governance, M&A, real estate and securities (1933/1934 Act) matters preferred
Experience with trademarks, SaaS/licensing agreements or data privacy is a plus
Licensed to practice in the hiring jurisdiction
Excellent academic credentials plus strong writing and analytical skills
