GCSolutions Attorney — Dispute Resolutions (Litigation) — Houston

Experienced litigation attorneys are sought for an alternative legal-services dispute resolutions team in the firm’s Houston office. The role supports defense-side consumer finance and collection litigation and arbitration matters, with flexible scheduling and hybrid/remote options.

Attorneys will manage multiple contested matters, appear in court and arbitration, take and defend depositions, work with experts, and participate in mediations. The position emphasizes team collaboration; there is no expectation to build a client book.

• At least 5 years of litigation experience in Texas state and federal courts
• Experience with consumer finance, collections, single-plaintiff litigation and/or arbitration; familiarity with loan workouts and related alternatives preferred
• Texas bar admission required
• Strong writing, oral advocacy, case-management skills; ability to manage multiple matters and work as part of a team
• Bankruptcy experience a plus
