An internationally recognized corporate practice is seeking a junior associate (1–3 years' experience) to join its Miami team. The role focuses on supporting high-growth clients across technology, life sciences, venture-backed startups and other private companies.

Day-to-day work includes assisting on financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters for entrepreneurs, investors and institutional clients. The team works on cross-border and domestic matters within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

1–3 years of corporate experience, with experience representing private/high-growth companies
Experience on financings, M&A and general corporate matters (venture capital and emerging-growth transactions preferred)
Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
Strong academic record from an accredited law school and excellent drafting and transactional skills
