Large national law firm seeks a healthcare regulatory associate for its Washington, D.C. office to join a busy Healthcare Group. The role focuses on transactional and regulatory matters affecting healthcare and life sciences clients, including federal and multi-state compliance, transaction structuring, and regulatory filings.

Typical matters involve counseling on statutes and rules such as the Stark Law, Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and related healthcare regulatory regimes. The team advises sponsors, vendors and healthcare companies on day-to-day regulatory issues and complex transactional work.

The firm offers a competitive compensation package and benefits; the current hiring salary range disclosed for this role is $260,000–$390,000.

• Juris Doctor and active bar membership (or eligibility) in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3–6 years of healthcare-related transactional and regulatory experience.
• Demonstrated familiarity with Stark Law, Anti‑Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and federal/state healthcare regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with regulatory filings, transaction structuring, and corporate compliance counseling.
• Strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and communication skills, and ability to work on multi-jurisdictional matters.
