Healthcare Litigation Attorney — Pittsburgh

We are seeking healthcare litigation attorneys to join a national practice in the Pittsburgh office. The role involves defending and prosecuting matters across the healthcare sector, working on motion practice, depositions, written discovery and related litigation tasks.

The team offers flexible work models (onsite, hybrid or fully remote) and a supportive, collaborative environment for attorneys looking to expand or elevate their healthcare litigation practice.

• Minimum of 4 years litigation experience
• Licensed and admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and resident in PA
• Proven skills in motion briefing and argument, taking and defending depositions, and leading written discovery
• Strong legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills; self-starter able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Trial experience preferred but not required
