J.D. and admission to practice in Pennsylvania; resident and licensed in PA required
At least 4 years of civil litigation experience, preferably with healthcare matters
Strong writing, oral advocacy, research, and case-management skills
Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking/defending depositions, and leading written discovery; trial experience preferred
Self-starter and team player able to manage assignments with minimal supervision
