Growing insurance recovery and counseling team seeks a motivated midlevel associate to represent policyholders in complex coverage disputes, including arbitration and litigation. The role involves analyzing policy language, advising on coverage positions, and managing contentious matters from investigation through dispute resolution.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Admission to the applicable state bar in good standing or ability to obtain admission promptly
2–4 years of insurance coverage experience representing policyholders in coverage litigation and arbitrations
Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex insurance policies, endorsements and exclusions
Excellent written and oral communication, strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented, high-volume environment
