National law firm seeks a Healthcare Litigation Attorney for its Cleveland office with 3+ years of experience. The role involves complex litigation in state and federal court, as well as arbitration. Experience defending payor-provider litigation on behalf of health insurers is strongly preferred, and ERISA litigation experience is a plus.

Candidates should be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, strong research abilities, and the capacity to handle assignments with minimal supervision. They must be effective communicators able to manage multiple matters while maintaining high-quality work. Second chair experience with motion practice, depositions, written discovery, and trial/arbitration is preferred but not required.

Salary ranges: Associates (1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000; Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (5+ years): $140,000–$215,000; Partners (7+ years): $190,000–$275,000+. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, and other factors.

3+ years of litigation experience
Experience handling litigation on behalf of health insurers, including defending payor-provider litigation
