Healthcare & Professional Liability Litigation Attorney — Raleigh

Seeking litigation attorneys to join a national practice defending healthcare and professional liability matters. The role offers responsibility for motion practice, depositions, written discovery, and courtroom appearances as needed, with opportunities to assist on trials.

The position supports full-time, part-time, hybrid, and fully remote arrangements. Successful candidates will join a collaborative team with structured professional development and mentorship in a high-volume defense practice.

• 3–7 years litigation experience in professional liability or healthcare defense
• Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking/defending depositions, and leading written discovery; trial experience preferred
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills; self-starter who works well in teams
• Licensed and admitted to practice in North Carolina or California
