Healthcare & Professional Liability Litigation Attorney — Raleigh

Seeking litigation attorneys with 3–7 years' experience to join a national firm’s healthcare and professional liability practice. Roles are available full-time or part-time, with flexible on-site, hybrid, and fully remote options.

Successful candidates will work on defense-side matters, handle hearings, depositions, written discovery, and motion practice, and will have opportunities for client-facing work and courtroom appearances. • 3–7 years' litigation experience
• Licensed and admitted to practice in North Carolina or California
• Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking/defending depositions, and managing written discovery
• Strong legal research, persuasive writing, and oral advocacy skills; self-starter and collaborative team player
• Trial experience preferred but not required
