Midlevel to Senior Real Estate Associate — Real Estate

Seeking a midlevel to senior associate to join a national real estate practice with openings across multiple U.S. offices. The role focuses on transactional real estate work, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development matters, joint ventures and due diligence.

Successful candidates will work with experienced real estate lawyers across the U.S. platform, receive active mentoring, and be given opportunities for increased client responsibility. The group values self-starters who can manage matters independently and collaboratively.

• 3–8 years of real estate transactional experience (acquisitions, dispositions, financing)
• Experience with leasing, development, joint ventures and real estate due diligence
• Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm practice preferred
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; client-focused approach
