High-Tech Intellectual Property Associate — New York

Mid-level Intellectual Property associate role in a major New York IP litigation team focusing on high‑technology matters. The role is for candidates with patent litigation experience and a technical background in electrical/computer engineering, mechanical engineering, physics or a related discipline.

Work includes district court patent litigation and, ideally, proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. The team seeks candidates with strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and advocacy skills, and the ability to collaborate on complex technical disputes.

• 3–6 years patent litigation experience (district court experience required)
• Background in electrical/computer engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or similar technical field
• Patent Bar admission required
• Experience with PTAB proceedings strongly preferred
• Superior oral, written and interpersonal skills; strong academic record
