Experienced IP associate to join a busy life‑sciences focused intellectual property team. The role combines patent prosecution and patent litigation work across biologics, diagnostics and related life‑sciences technologies.

Work is collaborative with experienced IP litigators and prosecutors; matters include drafting and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications, preparing opinions, and supporting contested proceedings. The position is open to candidates across multiple U.S. offices (Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C.).

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Technical background in life sciences, biotechnology or related fields (degree or equivalent experience)
Experience with patent prosecution and exposure to patent litigation or contested proceedings
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills; ability to work in collaborative team environments
