Intellectual Property Associate — Life Sciences

Seeking an associate to join a busy intellectual property practice focused on life sciences. The role involves both patent prosecution and patent litigation work on matters for life-sciences clients, collaborating with experienced IP attorneys and technical specialists.

This position is open to candidates on a multi-office basis and may be based in Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C. Applicants should be prepared to submit law school, undergraduate and graduate transcripts as part of the application process.

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Demonstrable experience or strong interest in patent prosecution and patent litigation
• Technical or scientific background in life sciences (e.g., biology, biochemistry) preferred
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills and ability to work collaboratively on team matters
