National labor-and-employment practice seeks an Immigration Associate to join its Los Angeles office supporting employer-side immigration matters. The role focuses on counseling employers, preparing and filing nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, and representing employers before immigration authorities.

Day-to-day work includes managing high-volume visa workflows, preparing H-1B, L-1, E-1/2/3 and TN petitions, handling PERM and employment-based immigrant filings (including EB-1 and AOS), and advising HR and business teams on immigration compliance and strategy. The position operates on a hybrid schedule in the Los Angeles market.

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
3–6 years' experience handling employment-based immigration matters (employer-side)
Demonstrated experience with nonimmigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, E-1/2/3, TN) and immigrant filings (PERM, EB-1, AOS)
Licensed to practice in California; experience in a high-volume immigration practice preferred
