Multi-office opportunity for an in-house real estate lawyer to join a national practice covering commercial property and planning matters. The role supports transactions across the UK, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, portfolio management and development-related work.

The successful candidate will provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice to internal stakeholders, manage external advisers when needed, lead due diligence and documentation, and help drive real-estate projects from instruction to completion. The role involves working collaboratively with commercial, asset-management and development teams across multiple offices.

Qualified solicitor or equivalent UK real estate lawyer with hands-on experience in commercial property and planning law.
Practical experience in acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development agreements and portfolio transactions.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage risk and deliver pragmatic commercial solutions.
Comfortable working across multiple offices and engaging with internal stakeholders and external advisers.
