Infrastructure, Energy & Projects Associate

Leading international firm seeks an associate to join its global Infrastructure, Energy and Projects team. The role supports cross-border transactional work across infrastructure and energy sectors, including project development and project finance matters.

This is a multi-office role with work across jurisdictions; candidates should be comfortable working on international, client-facing mandates and coordinating with teams in multiple locations.

• Qualified lawyer in at least one common jurisdiction (bar admission or equivalent)
• Experience on infrastructure, energy or project finance transactions
• Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on cross-border matters and manage multiple priorities
