Seeking a project finance associate to join a national practice focused on renewable energy and infrastructure transactions. The role supports a nationally integrated finance practice on tax-credit and project financing matters across multiple U.S. offices.

Work will include negotiating and drafting credit agreements and financing documents, coordinating due diligence and specialist input, and supporting tax equity and energy tax credit transfers. The position involves managing deal workstreams toward closing in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

3–5 years of project finance experience, with a focus on renewable energy or infrastructure transactions
Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements and related financing documents
Experience with tax credit transactions, including tax equity or energy tax credit transfers
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills; attention to detail; ability to manage multiple workstreams
JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing (timely admission to hiring office state required)
Large law firm experience preferred
