Top-tier national law firm is seeking a partnership-track associate to join its Insurance Coverage practice. The role involves handling insurance coverage matters for policyholders and insurers, with substantial litigation work in federal and state courts.

Work will include policy analysis, drafting dispositive and appellate briefs, motions practice, and direct client counseling. The position is open to candidates for multiple U.S. offices; admission in the office jurisdiction is preferred and must be obtained within one year of joining.

3–5 years' post-qualification experience in insurance coverage and related litigation
Experience with first- and third-party policies and insurance policy interpretation
Strong legal research, analytical and drafting skills
Comfortable working directly with clients and collaborating with colleagues
Willingness to handle pro bono matters; strong academic record
