We are seeking a motivated associate with 3–5 years' post-qualification experience to join a national insurance coverage team. The role is primarily non-litigation and focuses on advising insurers on complex coverage issues across a range of liability policies, including professional liability, general liability, directors & officers, employment practices and commercial auto.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting coverage opinions and position letters, conducting detailed legal research, reviewing litigation materials for coverage implications, and collaborating with colleagues and clients on coverage strategy. The team is open to remote candidates and offers hybrid working flexibility.

3–5 years' post-qualification experience in insurance coverage
Admission to practice in California or another U.S. jurisdiction
Experience analyzing policies and drafting coverage opinions; litigation experience is a plus
Strong legal research, writing and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive matters
