Insurance Coverage Attorney — Insurance

Growing U.S. insurance practice seeks a mid-level associate to join its California team supporting complex insurance-coverage matters. The role focuses on advising insurers on emerging-risk coverage issues (including AI, privacy, PFAS, social media and online marketplace disputes) and defending commercial-lines and excess-policy litigation.

Work will include drafting coverage opinions and pleadings, conducting legal research, managing discovery and motions, and participating in depositions, hearings and mediations. Flexible working arrangements are available, including fully remote options for the right candidate.

• Licensed and in good standing in California.
• Experience in insurance coverage or complex commercial litigation; commercial-lines coverage experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent organisation, time-management and problem-solving abilities; able to manage multiple matters and client communications.
