Well-established national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate to join its Finance Department. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices (including Seattle, Denver, Philadelphia and Baltimore) and sits within a long-standing, market-facing real estate finance practice.

The team handles a wide range of debt, debt-like and equity transactions secured by or invested in real estate, with particular emphasis on construction financing, multi-tiered capital structures, preferred equity and other structured real estate finance matters. The group primarily represents lenders and capital providers, but borrower-side work is also handled.

This position offers regular partner interaction, direct client contact, and structured mentoring in a collegial environment that emphasizes professional development and community engagement.

J.D. and active bar license in the state where candidate will be based
2–5 years of transactional real estate finance experience (debt, construction financing, multi-tiered capital transactions)
Experience on lender and/or borrower matters; familiarity with preferred equity and structured financings preferred
Strong writing, analytical skills and excellent academic credentials
