Litigation Associate (Junior to Mid-Level)

Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level litigation associate to join its Global Commercial Disputes Practice in Philadelphia. The role focuses on complex commercial litigation, business disputes, and product liability and mass torts.

Relevant experience may include handling matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business torts, fraud, unfair and deceptive trade practices, consumer protection, and product liability claims.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of law firm experience in complex commercial litigation
• Current member of the Pennsylvania bar in good standing, or willingness to take the Pennsylvania bar at the first available opportunity
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Prior clerkship experience is a plus, but not required
