Our client, a nationally ranked law firm, is seeking a junior-level associate to join its Real Estate Practice Group in Seattle. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex and sophisticated transactions within a growing practice.

Qualified candidates will have at least one year of experience working on commercial real estate transactions, including:

Lender- or borrower-side mortgage and mezzanine financings
Real estate acquisitions and dispositions
Real estate leasing transactions
Joint venture deals

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, exceptional business acumen, and experience working directly with clients. Applicants must currently be licensed, or be eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Washington. Eligibility for an hours-based bonus is available.

Minimum of one year of experience working on commercial real estate transactions
Experience working in teams and independently managing components of real estate transactions
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Exceptional business acumen with direct client experience
Excellent academic credentials and references
Licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Washington
