Leading national law firm seeks an Insurance Recovery Associate to join a nationally recognized Insurance Recovery and Counseling practice in Philadelphia. The role focuses on representing corporate policyholders in complex coverage matters, disputes, and strategic counseling across multiple industries.

Responsibilities include litigation and arbitration work across D&O, Cyber, RWI, CGL, Environmental, E&O, Property/Business Interruption and other first- and third-party coverages; coverage counseling; drafting coverage analyses, motions, and briefs; and coordinating with clients, insurers, brokers, adjusters, and defense counsel. The position offers substantial responsibility, meaningful client contact, and teamwork with experienced practitioners.

Minimum 4 years' experience in insurance recovery, coverage litigation, or policyholder-side counseling
Demonstrated experience representing policyholders in coverage disputes and advising on insurance recovery strategy
Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the applicable state bar (or ability to obtain promptly)
