Mid-level to senior associate opening in a US-based firm's Labor & Employment practice in Philadelphia. The role focuses on employment litigation, including wage-and-hour class and collective actions, restrictive covenant and trade secret disputes, and administrative agency matters.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative team, work across offices as needed, and be expected to manage matters from discovery through resolution while producing high-quality written work.

The role follows a hybrid in-office policy (approximately three days per week). The anticipated initial salary range for this position is $270,000–$315,000, with additional compensation and benefits available.

Admission to the Pennsylvania bar required; admission in Delaware and/or New Jersey preferred
4–7 years of employment litigation experience, including wage & hour and class/collective actions
Experience with restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation and administrative agency proceedings
Strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing, and demonstrated ability to move cases forward and manage multiple assignments
Willingness to collaborate across offices and work in a hybrid in-office model
