Apply in confidence →Top-tier US law firm is seeking an Executive Compensation Associate to join its Employment & Labor group in Philadelphia. The role focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits work supporting mergers & acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
The team advises on design, tax and regulatory aspects of compensation programs, equity and deferred compensation arrangements, and change-in-control and severance matters. The position offers transactional exposure, collaboration with corporate teams, and opportunities to work on complex, cross-practice matters.
- 2–6 years of post-qualification experience in executive compensation and employee benefits work
- Experience advising on compensation and benefits issues in M&A and other corporate transactions
- Drafting and negotiating compensation agreements, equity plans, and related disclosure and compliance documents
- Strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and communication skills, and comfort working in fast-paced transactional matters
