Top-tier global law firm is seeking a 2–4 year Labor & Employment Associate for its Philadelphia office. The role offers exposure to complex employment litigation and counseling across a broad client base and industries.

The associate will work closely with senior lawyers across the firm's national and international offices, handling defense-side matters including individual and collective/wage-and-hour litigation, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, accommodations, and related employment claims. There will also be regular client contact and opportunities to assist with employment counseling, policy drafting, and compliance advice.

  • 2–4 years post-qualification experience in employment-side practice, defense orientation preferred
  • Experience with wage & hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, accommodations, and other employment claims; class/collective experience a plus
  • Experience advising employers on leaves, performance management, terminations, wage-and-hour compliance, and drafting personnel policies and employment agreements
  • Strong academic record, excellent writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, and initiative
  • Must be in good standing with the PA bar; NJ admission preferred
