Apply in confidence →Our Business and Transactions Department is seeking a junior-level Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join our Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of matters involving ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and other applicable employee benefits laws, with a focus on executive compensation, qualified retirement plans, and health and welfare benefits.
Candidates should have superior academic credentials, strong writing skills, and an active Pennsylvania bar license. Relevant government experience is preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation
- Interest in working with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and other applicable employee benefits laws
- Superior academic credentials
- Strong writing skills
- Active bar license in Pennsylvania
- Relevant government experience preferred
