The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and can be tailored to a candidate's preference for litigation-focused work or a mix of litigation and prosecution.
Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience, experience or interest in Hatch‑Waxman/pharmaceutical litigation is a plus, and graduate-level chemistry training is preferred. Candidates must hold an active license in their resident state.
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant IP experience (patent litigation preferred)
- Strong technical background in chemistry; graduate-level training preferred
- Experience with Hatch‑Waxman/pharmaceutical litigation a plus
- Admitted and in good standing in the resident state bar
- Comfortable handling litigation tasks and/or mixed litigation and prosecution matters
