We are seeking a lawyer with approximately seven years' experience in intellectual property to join our Barcelona office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow within an internationally focused firm.

Degree in Law and membership of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) is required.
Seven years' experience in the IP department of a law firm, with exposure to extrajudicial and judicial proceedings across civil, criminal, and administrative matters.
Hands-on experience with trademarks, designs, copyright, unfair competition, and trade secrets; knowledge of patents is valued.
Experience processing IP applications and registrations, including suspensions, oppositions, appeals, nullity, and revocation actions before national, EU, and international IP offices.
Expertise in managing and coordinating trademark and design portfolios.
A very high level of English is essential.
