Intellectual Property & Technology Associate Attorney — Los Angeles

Established national law firm seeks an Intellectual Property & Technology associate to join its Los Angeles litigation team. The role focuses on patent and broader IP litigation across federal and state courts, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and administrative tribunals.

The ideal candidate will have 1–7 years' IP litigation experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. A technical undergraduate or advanced degree (engineering, computer science, physics, or similar) is strongly preferred but not required.

The team handles patent, copyright, trademark, trade dress, unfair competition, licensing, and related IP matters for a diverse client base. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.
