Opportunity to join a global legal consulting panel supporting corporate and transactional work across the United Arab Emirates. Assignments are typically full-time, six months (with some three–twelve month opportunities) based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, with occasional flexible or hybrid arrangements depending on client needs.

The role suits experienced transactional lawyers who can step into in‑house or practice‑support positions, assist on regulatory or transactional projects, and work alongside experienced lawyers and knowledge resources. Assignments are offered through a respected consultancy platform backed by a leading international law firm; work cannot be guaranteed but the programme focuses on matching specific expertise to client demand.

Approximately 5 years' post‑qualification experience (PQE) at a top‑tier law firm
Fluent Arabic and strong English language skills
Practising certificate or equivalent entitlement to practise as a lawyer
Consultant mindset — adaptable, client‑facing, resilient and comfortable working on varied assignments
Willingness to be on‑site in Abu Dhabi or Dubai as required (hybrid patterns may be possible)
