Experienced construction and projects lawyers are invited to join a global legal consulting panel servicing major infrastructure, energy and transport developments across the UAE. Assignments are typically interim (secondments, fixed-term or fractional) and commonly based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, covering front‑end project work through delivery and dispute resolution.

You will support high‑profile, complex projects — including large civil infrastructure, power and energy, and major transport and logistics programmes — advising on project documentation, procurement/EPC arrangements, project finance interfaces and risk allocation.

The role is delivered via a market‑leading consulting platform backed by a leading international law firm, offering flexible, high‑quality assignments, access to technical resources and opportunities to work on cross‑border mandates across the Middle East and beyond.

Minimum 5 years’ post‑qualification experience in construction, projects or related infrastructure work (PQE may be flexible for strong candidates)
Proven experience on front‑end and/or back‑end project work (EPCs, procurement, project documentation); project finance experience advantageous
Middle East project experience preferred; Arabic language skills beneficial but not essential
Recent in‑house experience within energy, construction, transport or infrastructure is advantageous
Current practising certificate or equivalent for your jurisdiction and ability to travel/relocate to UAE for assignments
