Short-term consultancy roles supporting fund formation and fund-management work across the UAE. Assignments are typically with investment organisations and financial institutions and involve hands-on drafting, negotiations and closings for a range of fund structures, including conventional and Shari’a-compliant vehicles.

Typical engagements are 3–6 months (full time) based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, with some opportunities offering flexible working arrangements. The roles sit on a global consultant platform backed by a leading international law firm and provide access to senior legal support and firm resources while you work directly with client teams and regulators.

Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience with strong, demonstrable funds practice at a top-tier firm.
Technical experience drafting and negotiating LPAs, PPMs, subscription agreements, side letters and management/advisory agreements.
Knowledge of GP/LP governance, carried interest structures and fund closings; experience on secondaries, co-investments and asset-management M&A desirable.
Experience coordinating regulatory approvals and compliance with DFSA, ADGM/FSRA, SCA and CBUAE requirements.
Preferably recent Middle East experience; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Practising certificate (or equivalent) entitling you to practise in the region and a consultant mindset: adaptable, client-focused and able to lead assignments.
