Short-term consultancy roles (typically 3–12 months, often based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai) supporting non-contentious construction and infrastructure matters across the GCC. Assignments include drafting and negotiating construction contracts (FIDIC and bespoke), O&M and facilities management agreements, and preparing contract template suites for public and private sector clients.

Work will support projects across power, transport, buildings and leisure sectors and may be placed with government entities, energy companies or within a practice team serving regional clients. Roles are full‑time for the duration of the contract, with occasional opportunities for flexible working arrangements.

5–7 years post‑qualification experience in non‑contentious construction/projects and infrastructure law
Proven experience drafting and negotiating FIDIC and bespoke construction contracts and O&M/FM documentation
Experience on projects in power, transport, buildings or related infrastructure sectors
Recent in‑house experience within energy, transport or infrastructure employers is desirable
Middle East experience and Arabic language skills advantageous
Valid practising certificate or equivalent permitting practice in the region
