Interim legal consultant roles (typically 3–6 months, often full-time) to support technology and commercial matters across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Assignments are delivered via a global consultancy platform and cover everything from IT and software projects to broader commercial contracting for corporate clients in the region.

Typical work includes drafting and negotiating procurement, partnership, purchase, marketing, software licensing, managed services, infrastructure and development agreements. Experience or familiarity with AI, cloud, data and IP issues is advantageous. Assignments may offer flexible working arrangements.

5–7 years post-qualification experience (commercial and/or technology focus)
Proven experience drafting and negotiating IT, software licensing, procurement and commercial agreements
Practical knowledge of AI, cloud, data and IP issues preferred
Experience at a top-tier firm or solid in-house exposure to corporate/financial clients preferred
Consultancy mindset: adaptable, self-directed and comfortable operating on fixed-term assignments
Eligible to practise in the region (practising certificate or equivalent); Middle East experience and Arabic fluency advantageous
