Opportunity for a junior to mid-level corporate lawyer to join a flexible resourcing team supporting a Healthcare & Life Sciences client. The role is managed by an established international law firm’s adaptive/resourcing hub and offers day-to-day assignment work on corporate transactional matters.

The assignment is remote, expected to run until the end of the year on a full-time basis, with openness to a 4-day week for the right candidate. You will be supported by a sponsoring partner and have access to the firm’s resources, know-how and training while on assignment.

This is a hands-on role for someone used to working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment and comfortable collaborating with client teams and internal stakeholders.

Qualified lawyer with 1–6 years' corporate experience in private practice or in-house
Strong transactional experience and commercial judgment
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team; excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
