An established international law firm's flexible-resourcing team is recruiting an interim employment lawyer to support a key asset-management client on a fixed-term assignment. The role starts as soon as possible and is expected to run for approximately six months.

You will work on day-to-day employment matters for a regulated financial services client, supported by a sponsor partner and the firm's know-how and resources while on assignment. The role suits a self-starting employment lawyer who can operate autonomously and handle high-volume, time-sensitive work.

  • Qualified employment lawyer with solid experience advising on employee relations and contentious/non-contentious employment matters
  • Experience working with regulated clients (financial services/regulatory environments) preferred
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Right to work in the UK required (no visa sponsorship)
