An established international law firm is seeking interim employment lawyers to join a flexible resourcing team supporting market-leading clients across the UK. Assignments are remote and can be full- or part-time, with a mix of short- and medium-term engagements.

As an Adaptive consultant you will be supported by a sponsoring partner and a client team, with access to the firm's know-how, resources and training while on assignment. The role suits pragmatic employment lawyers who can hit the ground running, work autonomously and integrate with in-house or external teams.

  • Qualified solicitor or equivalent UK employment law qualification
  • Proven experience in employment law (significant experience preferred)
  • Experience working in-house is desirable
  • Ability to work remotely, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills and a collaborative, client-focused approach
  • Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available
