Short-term (6 month) full-time opportunity to support a global asset manager on fund-related work. The role is primarily remote with two days per week in the London office and sits within a flexible resourcing team that provides secondee-style assignments to market-leading clients.

The assignment will involve advising on investment management documentation and distribution arrangements across Irish and Luxembourg structures, including UCITS. You will be supported by an internal sponsor and have access to firm resources and know‑how while on assignment.

Applicants must hold the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualified solicitor with c.4-8 years PQE in funds / investment management.
Experience advising asset managers and understanding their operating models.
Strong knowledge of IMAs and distribution agreements.
Hands-on experience with Irish and Luxembourg funds and UCITS.
Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment to tight deadlines.
Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
