Interim Junior DCM Lawyer — Debt Capital Markets (London)

Short-term, full-time opportunity for a junior Debt Capital Markets lawyer to join a market-leading firm's flexible resourcing team on a six-month assignment supporting a key client. The role is based in London with an expectation of three days per week in the office.

You will be supported by an internal sponsor and have access to the firm's know‑how, training and resources while working on live DCM matters. This role suits a commercially minded, process-driven lawyer comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

• Qualified solicitor with 1–5 years' post‑qualification experience in debt capital markets (private practice or in‑house)
• Strong drafting and commercial judgement on bonds and related DCM documentation
• Able to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines; excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Collaborative team player who can also work autonomously
• Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
