Interim Senior Property Lawyer — Real Estate

Short-term (6 month) full-time interim role supporting a major client of a leading international law firm. The role sits within the real estate/property team and will focus on land acquisition, development matters and funding arrangements.

The postholder can be based in London, Manchester, Milton Keynes or the Isle of Man. You will be supported by an internal sponsor and will have access to the firm’s resources and know‑how while on assignment.

• Senior real estate lawyer with significant experience in site acquisition and development agreements
• Experience advising on strategic land matters and development-led projects
• Familiarity with funding arrangements related to property development
• Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a client-facing team; able to prioritise and deliver to tight deadlines
• Right to work in the UK required (visa sponsorship not available)
