Join a global legal consulting platform that places experienced lawyers on flexible, typically six-month-plus assignments across financial services and corporate practices. Assignments are project-based and can be within the platform's practice groups or embedded with external clients across the UK and EMEA.

We are seeking post-qualified lawyers with strong banking and finance backgrounds — including leveraged finance, private credit/direct lending, fund finance, project finance and structured finance — as well as candidates from corporate, derivatives, financial services regulation and employment with relevant PQE. Consultants receive access to training, professional support and knowledge resources while managing a self-directed consulting career.

2–10 years' post‑qualification experience depending on practice area (see job brief for specific PQE ranges)
Substantive experience in banking & finance or related corporate/financial services disciplines (e.g. leveraged finance, private credit, fund finance, structured finance)
Recent experience at a top‑tier law firm or relevant in‑house secondee experience is advantageous
Right to work and reside in the UK; no visa sponsorship available
Valid practising certificate (or equivalent) permitting legal practice in the UK
Strong commercial awareness, client service skills and ability to transition quickly into new environments
