The role offers exposure to complex debt deals and requires strong experience with LMA-style loan documentation and transaction structuring. You will be supported by an internal sponsor and will have access to firm resources and know-how while on assignment.
- Qualified lawyer with UK right to work (no visa sponsorship available)
- Proven experience structuring and executing debt financings
- Significant experience with LMA loan documentation
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment; strong organisational skills
