A platform role for experienced finance lawyers to take on medium-term consultancy assignments across leveraged finance, private credit/direct lending and related structured finance work. Assignments are typically six months or longer and can sit with financial institutions, asset managers, credit managers or the platform's own practice teams across the UK and EMEA.

The opportunity suits a self-directed lawyer who wants control over their schedule and career direction while accessing high-quality deals, training and professional support. Consultants receive dedicated onboarding, knowledge resources and access to senior legal support while working on live transactions and strategic projects.

5–8 years post-qualification experience with strong leveraged finance/private credit exposure
Proven experience on leveraged finance, lending and structured finance transactions
Previous top-tier law firm experience for leveraged finance; recent in-house exposure at a financial services firm is desirable
Right to live and work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available) and a UK practising certificate or equivalent
Consultancy mindset: adaptable, autonomous, strong project-management and stakeholder skills
