• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the New York or Washington, DC bar.
• 3–5 years of experience in government investigations and enforcement defense.
• Strong record of conducting internal investigations and defending clients before agencies such as the DOJ, SEC, and state attorneys general.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage case teams, witness interviews, and e-discovery processes.
• Exceptional communication and client-relationship skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
