M&A NDA Associate

We are seeking an experienced associate to join our M&A Private Equity team in New York or Washington, DC. This client-facing role focuses on reviewing and negotiating non-disclosure agreements, with frequent direct client contact.

• Two or more years of M&A NDA experience required
• Strong interpersonal skills essential
• Off-track position with remote work flexibility
• Compensation commensurate with a first-year associate

• JD from an accredited law school
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
• 2+ years of M&A NDA experience
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong client communication abilities
