Mid-level associate role on a national investigations and white-collar defense team based in New York. The group represents corporations, nonprofit organizations, executives, boards, and individuals in complex criminal, civil, regulatory, and congressional matters.

Work will include conducting internal investigations, responding to subpoenas and agency inquiries, defending matters before DOJ/SEC/state enforcement authorities, and handling issues involving fraud, FCPA/anti-corruption, securities enforcement, and related regulatory areas. Candidates will work closely with former prosecutors and experienced investigations counsel across multi‑disciplinary matters.

JD from an accredited law school and admission to the New York Bar (in good standing)
3–5 years of relevant experience in white-collar defense, government investigations, internal investigations, civil enforcement, or complex litigation
Experience conducting witness interviews and preparing investigative reports, responding to subpoenas/CIDs/grand jury subpoenas, and drafting motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
Strong legal writing, analytical skills, discretion, and the ability to manage document productions and multiple workstreams
Trial, deposition, federal clerkship, or government experience is a plus; candidates should include a law school transcript and writing sample with their submission
