Well-regarded Chicago office seeking an Investment Funds Associate to join a high‑volume, market-leading funds practice. The role focuses on representing fund sponsors on formation, structuring and ongoing operation of investment funds across a variety of strategies.

Ideal candidates will be team-oriented, technically strong on fund documentation and fund-structuring issues, and able to work on complex transactions alongside senior deal teams. The team handles sophisticated, cross-border matters and offers exposure to market-leading funds work.

3–6 years’ PQE in corporate/funds work at a leading national or international law firm
Demonstrated experience representing fund sponsors in formation, structuring and fund operations
Strong drafting and commercial judgment on fund documentation (LPAs, side letters, subscription agreements)
Excellent academic credentials and ability to work collaboratively on fast-paced matters
